TERMS & CONDITIONS
• A minimum attendance charge of 30 minutes applies to all jobs.
• A minimum standard materials fee of $15 will be applied to all invoices.
• All other materials used will be charged in addition to labour costs.
• Customers are entitled to a 48-hour call-back period. This applies strictly to the same issue related to the original call-out.
• If a call-back is requested for a new or unrelated issue, a new call-out fee, along with labour and materials, will be charged.
• Additional charges may apply if a trades assistant attends alongside the tradesperson.
• Where applicable, customers are responsible for any after-hours (AH) supplier charges incurred.
• Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
