​TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The customer is entitled to a 48hr Call back period. This is ONLY for attendance of the same issue of the original call out
.• If call back is for a new issue, customer is liable to pay for new call out fee, labour & materials.
• Additional charges apply if/when trades assistant attends with tradesman.
• If applicable, Customer is liable to pay for any AH charges of supplier use
.• A minimum fee of $15 for Standard Material will be applied to all invoices
.• Materials will come at an additional cost
.• Strictly 7 day terms.
